Tomorrow is Tuesday!

Tomorrow is my last supervised visit, with the social worker, with Evie and then next Tuesday I take my lovely test. But back to Thursday, we didn't take a walk because someone decided that they were so tired and wanted to sleep while I baby sat. So yeah that was a disappointment that day. But Evie and I had so much fun, we took a bath and painted our toe nails red! Super cute.

On Saturday it was raining so we couldn't go to the park but I hope that this Thursday we can go out on the trails. Evie loves the outdoors and it is sad that she is always cooped up. She really needs to see the world and get fresh air.

She is also cutting 2 more top teeth and chews on everything. By the way babies bite. Yikes! She doesn't mean to, just trying to relieve her gums. Lol, she's a zombie baby.

I can't wait to see her tomorrow and we will definitely go outside and play in the yard. Thinking about my up coming days with Evie has always helped me get through work and just overall feel better. I am always thinking about her and what she is up to. Last time a had a little money I went to Goodwill and got her 2 new toys and some summer tops. I love Evie shopping.

Spring in the Air

Busy, busy, busy is how I have been feeling lately. If I am not at work or asleep then Evie and me are hanging out. Last Thursday was a kinda rocky visit because I was all stressed out about the room mates moving and stuff. They did pay me and clean up the place. I am very much enjoying having no roommates.

Friday Evie visited, the day the roommates were moving out. And to top it all off it was cold and my heater decided not to work. So the door was basically wide open because they were moving, so yeah. I just bundled up Evie and we played in her room. She also badly needed a bath so I used my space heater and heated up the bathroom for her. She was still super clingy so she just got a butt wash.

Saturday went way better and we all took a nice walk. And after the visit I stopped by the Bear Creek Trail. I have been meaning to check it out forever. It is an amazing trail! I have been taking tons of nature pictures. Sunday I went put again and hiked 4 miles and discovered some awesome stuff. So I told Tarzan and said how we should all go. The plan was to go Monday but that didn't work out. But they still came over and Evie and I went to the little park here and swang on the swings. Plus she let me give her a full bath.

Today's visit when very well too. I fed her her applesauce and milk and Cheerios of course. We have plans to hit the trails on Thursday.

I Think I Can

Things have busy around here lately but it looks like things are clearing up. After a month of fighting and back and forth, Tarzan and I have finally made up yet again. Ug this drama wears me out. We will see if this lasts, I really hope it does. Roommates move out Friday! Can I get an amen? Lol. Man I have hated them and I am a pretty nice person and don't hate many. On a side note, I am hoping to get rent out of them. They pay for their time spent here, not prepaid like most places I guess.

On the Evie side of things, I got to see her all day today! We all had an awesome day. This may sound lame but I am excited to get to wash her 3 bottles tonight and was happy to get to change diapers. She has been getting braver and exploring more. The cute act of the day was when she crawled into her room and discovered her rug. She would then spend time crawling to the door and then back to her rug, too funny. Sometimes when she came back to the rug she would plant her face on it.Also she is almost walking, almost. She will let go of the table and start but then surprises herself and falls on her butt. So I keep telling her I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.

We also had some Cheerios fun today, she loves Cheerios. And Saturday was a fun outdoors day. Hope to see her Thursday!

Evie's Garden

Well Monday didn't work out because people were sick, but that's ok. At least it wasn't because people were being mean. But I got to see her today!

And today we created a garden. It still needs more flowers but Mommy is on a tight budget. I am very grateful to even have these flowers given to me :)

Evie loves the outdoors and hearing the birds. She was so cute outside in the grass. But then she tries to eat it. Before she got here I prepared the hanging baskets and planters. I also laid out the flowers in the order to be planted. I also painted her a cute little sign. As you can see from the pictures below Evie was a great little gardener.

I made this sign for her

Final Mile

Mommy & Evie

Well peoples I'm still here fighting. Been trying to keep my head up and stay strong.(Snapes on a plane cheers me up)
ROFL
To fill anyone in, that reads these, the supervised meetings with the social worker have been going pretty well. Except I have to pay for it. 50 bucks for Tuesday and 40 for Thursday. Yep that's right folks! Not like I'm behind on rent and struggling to buy food or gas. Ha! I'm not gonna lie this sucks. I just got my pay check, and yeah it was pretty good but I spent it on bills. Lucky I get to see her tomorrow but I don't know about Tuesday. I got tipped $20 bucks today and I need gas bad. Plus my nit wit roommates owe me a good sum. Ug don't get me started on them.

Lucky I won't starve cuz my dad called his church and a church here helped me out and they have a food pantry. It's either eat or see Evie. Yeah I know that's messed up but that's what life has come to. I know this is the final stretch and I know I have already won.But sometimes that final mile is the hardest.

Evie has been so happy to come back to her home. She is so cute! She plays a little but then she just wants to sit on my lap and read and have mommy time. I can't wait to take her outside to help with our garden. That's something I have been wanting to do for a long time.

She has been protesting baths lately. Don't know what's up with that. She just crys and clings to me. So I just been giving her a quick butt wash. Silly baby.

But you know look how far I've gotten. I have survived and have gotten back to my feet. Just gotta get this mental health test done and then it will be all over. I can't wait to put these bullies in their place. Parading my baby around like she is theirs. They just jealous that they can't have babies, I guess. They can try to copy me can can never replace me. But that's all for now. I can't wait to see Evie tomorrow.
I can always make her smile!
